Francine Fields is fairly new to Florida, however, not new to real estate. She has had 4 licenses including the current one of Broker in Florida. Working with Re/Max she is now an Associate Broker. In addition, her background includes: accounting, owning a "Senior Move Management Co" (helping senior downsize, and move them into an independent/assisting living community. Her company was no. 1 in Southern Nevada servicing all the senior communities. Francine has worked for the actor Kirk Douglas in managing his property in Marina del Rey CA, as well as for UCLA. She said by doing this she learned so much more about what it takes to make a customer happy. Francine believes in volunteering in her "spare time" and had been appointed by councilperson in Nevada to be a commissioner for the City of Henderson Senior Advisory Council for 6.5 years. She also found time to be an Ambassador for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Her passion is to help not only the baby boom generation but the parents of them as well. Francine had worked for a large referral company and now finds that she can now give that great "referral/relocation" services through Re/Max. Francine in addition to helping customers buy or sell in Southern Florida has found the time to create, own and manage a Staging Company in which she can utilize all of her skills: downsizing, decluttering, reorganizing and redesigning. She believes that her customers will need this service when they are ready to sell their homes. Statistics show that your home will sell in less time, for more money. They always say if you want something done, ask a busy person. Francine is a busy person. Her motto is " first impressions count." Francine does not need to be the no. 1 realtor in Southern Florida.
